PODGORICA (Reuters), Sep.10.- The coalition of Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic was headed for an absolute majority in a general election in Montenegro on Sunday, repeating the success he scored in the May referendum that led the country to independence. Initial projections said they were close to clinching 41 seats in the 81-seat parliament on a turnout of 70 percent, leaving three rival opposition groupings far behind with roughly 11 seats each.
