 The Cuban Spring continues. On May 10 -the 4th anniversary of the presentation of the Varela Project to the Cuban National Assembly- we published the Programa Todos Cubanos, the Program for All Cubans. This Program is the product of the National Dialogue, with the participation of more than 12,000 Cubans -in Cuba and abroad- meeting in small circles.The combined vision of so many Cubans in the Program for All Cubans is more than a document. It's an expression of Cuban desires for peacefull change. Read the Summary that outlines the main themes and processes for change contained in the Program for All Cubans (downloadable in .pdf format here). It is extremely important that all our friends everywhere understand the changes we are proposing and the processes through which we plan to achieve them. Use the Summary to familiarize yourself with the plan for a peaceful transition to democracy in Cuba. This program is and will remain a proposal until Cubans approve it in a referendum.
